Rummo always wanted to create a gluten free pasta that could you give you all the pleasure and texture of the classic one. They selected brown rice, white and yellow corn, strictly GMO-Free, then they blend them with a natural and ancient element: steam.
Thanks to this steam processing, they slowly obtain a soft and balanced dough that they extrude through bronze dies so that their pasta is more rough and bonds perfectly with sauce.
The result is a Rummo Gluten Free with an incomparable consistency.
